Your Member TConnect page is linked from your username, which appears on auction bid logs, on various Leaderboards, at Eager Zebra games, etc. Usernames are so that you may play and bid anonymously (many people will not participate without this protection). You can create and upload your own Avatar for your TripleClicks account HERE.
If you don't object to everyone knowing your name, simply change your user name to your real name (you can make this change by submitting a ticket at the TripleClicks Support Desk).
